Will the Cat Hat fit my cat or dog?

One size generally fits all cats or small dogs, however if you want to measure your pet before purchasing, the opening for the neck is about 3.5 inches in diameter. If the Cat Hat does not fit your pet after purchasing, feel free to contact us for a refund.

My Cat Hat hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

Shipping usually takes 7-12 business days to arrive in your country, however the time that you receive may be a bit more due to customs regulations in your respective country. If by 25 days after purchase you still have not received your Cat Hat, feel free to contact us for a refund or for a replacement Cat Hat to be sent out.

My Cat Hat isn’t fluffy anymore, how can I make it fluffier?

Try blowdrying it or brushing it with a soft comb, that will be sure to fluff it up!
